It has been governed simply by the Punjab Intermediate and Extra Education Boards since 1976. 12- 15 members make board, like the Chairperson of Governors. In accordance with the provisions from the Act, many are nominated. Few of them are ex-- servicemen.
The board is a good autonomous body it generally does not get any donations of funds to perform it. We make own rules also it 's generating a unique funds through the entire costs of exams along with other charges.
